I recently imported this boxy, adorable, turbocharged kei car from Japan, my 1999 Mitsubishi Toppo BJ. I purchased it sight unseen, so when it arrived I found a few issues! The tires are toast, there might be a suspension issue, and the car is just incredibly filthy. Today let’s slap on a new set of tires, get it cleaned up, and tackle a few other small projects along the way.
