I just bought a 1999 Mitsubishi Toppo BJ, a tiny yet extremely practical kei car, that just so happens to have a weird name. Apparently BJ stands for “Big Joy!” Ok then! The Toppo BJ was part of Mitsubishi’s “Big Small” series—this cute vehicle has tiny exterior dimensions but provides an incredibly spacious interior.
